RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT (no exceptions) only within 14 days of delivery.  If the 14-day window has past, unfortunately we cannot approve a return.

 

GOZON's Fulfillment Center is located in Los Angeles, California and operates under Pacific Standard Time (PST).

To make a return please follow the next two steps carefully:

  1. If your order is within the 14-day return window, please complete the online form HERE. Please make sure that all mandatory fields are filled out. You will need your order number and the email used at the time of purchase. If your order was delivered outside of this window, our Customer Service team will assist you with the return process. Please email us at help@gozon.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. Once your return is accepted, send in the items to the address provided to you at that time. Please safely enclose the approved return item(s) in the shipping package of your choice with any return paperwork requested or the Order/Invoice number somewhere in or on the package.  Then simply drop off your package at your preferred carrier.

To process a return, GOZON online return form must be completed. Once the return is approved by GOZON Customer Service, packages must be postmarked no later than three days.  Any packages received after 2 weeks of the return approval will not be processed.  

Exchanges:

We DO NOT accept exchange of merchandise. Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

 

GOZON ACCEPTS RETURNS ON/FOR:

Unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (including but not limited to makeup and deodorant) or pet hair, and full price merchandise with original tags attached, if applicable.

 

NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS:

  • Final Sale Merchandise
  • Accessories (Lingerie, Bags, Hats, Jewelry, Socks, Scarves)
  • Leggings and Biker Shorts under $15
  • Sale items (Including: 20% off and 30% off Flash Deal items, Everything $9.99 items, Blow out sales, Customer Appreciation Sale, clearance and items with a discount of 20% or more)
  • Any items that have been previously worn.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS" to receive a STORE CREDIT only due to damage or defect. If not reported within those 48 hours, we will not issue credit.
  • Please contact help@gozon.com to claim a defect with your order/invoice number and a photo of the damaged item.
  • We are not responsible for damages to items caused by miscare or handling of clothing items (including but not limited to wash care on the product’s page).
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, photography lenses, and screen/monitor resolutions of the customers phone or computer. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

 

STORE CREDIT:

  • Once your return has been received, processed and approved, Gozon Boutique will send a confirmation email to the email associated with the order with the store credit information.  
  • Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for the original shipping and handling charges.  You will not be charged a restocking or processing fee for the return.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for Gozon to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit.
  • Gozon cannot apply store credit to a order before the return is processed.  All store credit can only be applied to future purchases. We will not be able to refund you for the store credit amount once you have completed your order.  
  • If you have any issues with your store credit, please email help@gozon.com before placing your order.  

*Exclusions apply, GOZON reserves the right to refuse any returns.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (including but not limited to a pre-paid label). We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.

FINAL NOTE: GOZON reserves the right to refuse any returns without an approved online return form. We do not accept exchange of merchandise. In order for us to process your return, you must complete all steps in the Online Returns, unless told otherwise on that specific order. Failure to comply with these instructions will automatically be marked as ineligible. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $6 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be disposed.
